OUR HUNTING CONCESSION
Nestled between the Matlabas and Limpopo Rivers
Our hunting concession lies deep in the South African bushveld, nestled between the Matlabas and Limpopo river. A vast wilderness that shifts with the rhythm of the seasons. Each time of year offers hunters a different perspective on the land and the animals that call it home.
In the summer months, the bushveld comes alive after the rains. Pans fill, the vegetation turns a rich green, and animals spread across the concession to make the most of abundant food and water. This time of year is breathtakingly beautiful and offers a sense of raw, untamed Africa.
As autumn approaches, the bushveld begins to thin out, making game easier to spot. The air is crisp, and the soft golden light makes for memorable hunts and stunning photography.
During the dry winter, the bushveld takes on a completely different character. Grasses fade to a tawny yellow, water sources become limited, and wildlife gathers around pans and rivers. This concentration of animals creates excellent hunting opportunities and a unique chance to observe the natural interactions of species.
With spring, the first rains awaken the land once more. New shoots push through the soil, migratory birds return, and the cycle of life in the bushveld begins again.
Conservation is at the heart of our concession. Fencing along the borders plays a vital role in this effort — protecting wildlife from outside threats, preventing poaching, and helping to responsibly manage populations within the ecosystem. This ensures the bushveld remains a healthy, thriving environment, allowing hunters not only to experience the changing seasons but also to be part of protecting Africa’s wilderness for future generations.
